By Chris Ariens

Greg Kelly, a former White House correspondent for Fox News and weekend anchor, who now anchors the morning show at FOX5 in New York, has been cleared of rape allegations made against him.

“We have concluded that the established facts do not constitute a crime under New York criminal law,” a spokeswoman for the Manhattan District Attorney said last night. The case was handled by the DA’s office and not the police as Kelly is the son of New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.

“I am so thankful the investigation established what I’ve known all along,” said Kelly in a statement, “that I am innocent of the allegations that were waged against me.”
