‘Go Back to Univision’: Jorge Ramos Removed From Trump News Conference

In an extraordinary news conference with Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump, Univision and Fusion news anchor Jorge Ramos was removed by security while attempting to ask Trump questions about his immigration policies.

“Sit down, you weren’t called,” Trump began when Ramos attempted to question the candidate. When Ramos said “I have the right to ask a question,” Trump responded “Go back to Univision.”

Trump later allowed Ramos back in to the news conference where the two sparred about Trump’s immigration plan.

Ramos has previously requested interviews with Trump including sending him a hand-written note in June, even adding his cell phone number, which Trump then posted to his social media accounts.

“We’d love for Mr. Trump to sit down for an in-depth interview with Jorge to talk about the specifics of his [immigration] proposals,” said Fusion CEO Isaac Lee following this evening’s news conference.
