Some network synergy this morning for “Good Morning America,” which spent portions of the show promoting tonight’s CMA Awards on ABC. Robin Roberts — who will give out the night’s final award, Entertainer of the Year, at the awards — was live in Nashville for “GMA” this morning.

Roberts talked with Luke Bryan, who will open the CMAs tonight and who also performed live on “GMA” today. She also announced the winners of CMA Awards in two categories: CMA Musical Event of the Year and CMA Music Video of the Year. Both awards went to Tim McGraw with Taylor Swift and Keith Urban for “Highway Don’t Care.”

Roberts also hosted “In the Spotlight With Robin Roberts: Countdown to the CMA Awards” last night on ABC. The special averaged 3.4 million viewers and got a .07/2 in the A25-54 demographic, according to TV by the Numbers. On CBS, “Person of Interest” at 10pmET had 11.7 million viewers and a 1.9/6 in the demo, while an extended episode of NBC’s “The Voice” had 11.2 million viewers and a 3.3/9 from 9-11pmET.
