Geraldo Rivera Calls Laura Ingraham’s Comments ‘Indefensible’

The Wrap caught up with Geraldo Rivera at his book party last night and asked him about the advertiser boycott against his Fox News colleague Laura Ingraham.

“What she did was terrible. What she said was just indefensible,” Rivera said about Ingraham’s tweet and comments about Parkland survivor David Hogg, who called for the boycott.

Rivera also had some choice words about advertiser boycotts, calling them “anti-democratic, a threat to the First Amendment” and “censorship of the worst kind.”

A Fox News spokesperson responded: “Geraldo is out of the loop on this issue and speaks for no one but himself.”

Rivera explained on twitter, saying the “media” missed his point:
