
Still recovering from sharp criticism over his donations to the Clinton Foundation, ABC News chief anchor George Stephanopoulos will resume high-profile political reporting on the 2016 race–coverage that some called into question because of his financial ties to the Clintons.
Stephanopoulos tweeted the exclusive during Wednesday morning’s Good Morning America:

Earlier, Stephanopoulos had responded to criticism over his $75,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation by announcing that he would not moderate an upcoming Republican presidential debate.
