CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King will anchor the special Mary Tyler Moore: Love is All Around, honoring the life and legacy of Mary Tyler Moore who died today at age 80.
The special, which just came together after Moore’s death today, airs tomorrow night at 9 p.m. ET on CBS, Moore’s TV home for much of her life, including in her iconic role as local TV news producer Mary Richards in The Mary Tyler Moore Show.
Producers are digging through the CBS archives for interviews and clips. The special also includes an interview with Mary Tyler Moore superfan Oprah Winfrey, as well as admirers, newsmakers and others who talk about the impact Moore had on their careers.
CBS News’s Susan Zirinsky, who has her storied career in TV news, is the executive producer of the special.
