Anderson Cooper has been in Paris reporting on Friday’s terror attacks, but he returned this afternoon in time to host CNN’s annual Heroes event. The CNN anchor hopped on a flight this morning and is at the American Museum of Natural History right now, hosting CNN Heroes, which will air on CNN Sunday, Dec. 6. Cooper will get back on a flight tonight following the event and be in Paris tomorrow to continue reporting.
Chris Cuomo is filling in on AC360 tonight from Paris. It’s Cooper’s ninth time hosting CNN Heroes, an event that celebrates individuals who are making extraordinary contributions to help improve the lives of others. Actors Justin Theroux and Neil Patrick Harris are among the award presenters.
