During FNC’s “America’s News Headquarters” yesterday anchor Shannon Bream was reporting a story about Sarah Palin’s interview with Chris Wallace earlier in the day.
One problem: the image used in the story is not of Sarah Palin, but of Tina Fey, when she played Sarah Palin on “Saturday Night Live.” “A graphic error was made,” says David Clark, executive producer of weekend programming for FOX News. “The producer has since been disciplined and an explanation and apology will be made in the same hour next Sunday,” says Clark, adding, “Fox News regrets the error.”
