Fox News has acquired a ten-episode series order of OBJECTified, which will premiere on the network in Fall 2017.
Hosted by TMZ’s Harvey Levin, the Sunday prime time series will feature interviews with high profile news makers and celebrities, aiming to tell their life stories through their own personal items.
Levin’s first OBJECTified was with Pres-elect Donald Trump. The special drew 4.03 million viewers making it the largest audience for a Fox News Friday night program in 2016.
“The OBJECTified special presented on FNC last fall exceeded our expectations, so we’re thrilled to continue working with Harvey Levin and his talented team of producers on this new series,” said Sharri Berg, svp of news operations for Fox News and coo of FOX Television Stations.
“What I love about the show is that it’s a different way of telling a life story,” added Levin. “And it’s relatable to anyone who watches. Everyone keeps stuff that means something to them, and when you start probing what the objects mean to you, what was going on in your life at the time, they can unlock the story of who you are today.”
OBJECTified will be produced by Harvey Levin Prods., Inc. in association with Telepictures and distributed by Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution. Levin and Ryan Regan will serve as executive producers alongside John Finley, FNC’s vp of development.
