By Merrill Knox

After 12 years at Fox News, Orlando Salinas is leaving the network for a job at a local station in Roanoke, VA.

TVSpy reports Salinas will join WDBJ, the Roanoke CBS affiliate. He will be a reporter based in the station’s New River Valley newsroom, located in Blacksburg, VA. The move is a return to Virginia for Salinas, who started his television career in Richmond after graduating from Virgina Commonwealth University.

Salinas was a Miami-based correspondent for Fox News.
