Fox Insider Says Klein Embarrasses CNN

“We go out and roll up our sleeves and report the news and they [Fox News] talk about the news,” CNN/U.S. president Jon Klein is fond of saying. When Klein says things like FNC is not a news organization, Fox execs refer to it as “shooting blanks” — and they are laughing especially hard today.

One Fox News insider sarcastically notes, “CNN staffers should be proud of their pre-eminent leader…bloviating statements like these and others by Klein make CNN’s abysmal showing on the Supreme Court nominee and the fact that they were late on this morning’s breaking news all the more embarrassing. Since he’s taken over, Jon Klein has successfully evaporated any bragging rights CNN had left. The only goal he’s achieved is reducing CNN to permanent loser status…across the board.” Fox says “Klein is eating his words more than any other CNN executive before him…”
