Fox & Friends First Raises Ratings With Early Risers

By Chris Ariens

The 4 a.m. hour of Fox & Friends First marked its 100th episode this morning.

Like most of Fox News programming, the show, anchored by Heather Childers, beats its cable news competitors.

Since launch on Oct. 9, 2017 the live hour of news is beating CNN by 57 percent in viewers and by 8 percent in the 25-54 demo. It’s besting MSNBC by 34 percent and 19 percent, respectively. Fox & Friends First is also outperforming the Fox News show it replaced, a re-air of Special Report (vs. Q3 2017 average), by 14 percent in viewers and 1 percent in the demo
