Fox Business Network sponsored the New York City Triathlon once again this year, and a trio of FBN personalities showed off their athleticism and participated in the 2017 event: Liz Claman, Kennedy and Cheryl Casone.
Each member of the trio swam a mile in the Hudson River, rode 25 miles along the west side highway through Manhattan and the Bronx, and then ran 6.2 miles to the finish line in Central Park. Yesterday was a hot one here in New York, making the accomplishment all the more impressive.
This was the 8th NYC triathlon for Claman, anchor of Countdown to the Closing Bell, and a whopping 9th NYC triathlon for her FBN colleague Casone.
Claman raised over $75,000 this year for the Building Homes for Heroes organization.
