It’s been a little over a week since Fox Business Network debuted its new daytime schedule and the network is showing growth. During business day the network is up +12 percent in total viewers and up +30 percent in the A25-54 demo, 2015-to-date.
Maria Bartiromo‘s show now airs from 6 a.m.-9 a.m.ET, followed by Stuart Varney from 9 a.m.-Noon. Neil Cavuto hosts Coast-to-Coast at Noon ET, while Trish Regan anchors the 2 p.m. ET hour.
FBN still trails CNBC which averaged 188,000 total viewers last week with 62,000 in the demo. However, last Friday’s editions of Varney & Co and Cavuto: Coast to Coast topped MSNBC’s NewsNation and Andrea Mitchell Reports in the demo. Varney won by 54 percent, averaging 20,000 viewers compared to 13,000 for NewsNation. Cavuto topped Mitchell by 27 percent, with the shows averaging 14,000 and 11,000 respectively.
