Forbes released its annual list of Major League Baseball team valuations.
As usual, the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox top the list, valued at $1.7 billion and $912 million, respectively.
Of the top 10 most valuable teams, all were worth more than last year, with one exception: The New York Mets. Plagued by financial issues, the Mets were valued at $747 million, down -13% from 2010.
