For Sessions Testimony, Fox News is Most-Watched, CNN Wins the Demo

The ratings for Tuesday’s coverage of the Senate testimony of Attorney General Jeff Sessions are in. Nielsen determined more than 12 million watched on 5 networks, though that does not count NBC, FOX, Bloomberg, C-SPAN and other networks.

Fox News was the most-watched for coverage during the hearing, from 2:30-5:15 p.m. ET, while CNN was first among the A25-54 demo.

In prime time, Fox News was most-watched and MSNBC was No. 1 in the demo. While NBC and FOX aired special reports, not all stations carried the coverage so they are not included in the Nielsen national ratings. Here’s the network break down:
