FNC/Journal: Was There A “Concerted Campaign To Destroy The Program” On PBS?

“After the Journal Editorial Report was on the air” at PBS, “not all local stations opted to air it,” producers tell the LA Times. “Twelve stations in the top 30 markets did not run the show at all or put it on in the middle of the night.”

“I believe this was a concerted campaign to destroy the program on ideological grounds,” said Paul Friedman, the program’s executive producer. “That won’t be a problem at Fox,” an e-mailer quips…

> Update: 11:48am: “For heaven’s sake!,” another e-mailer says. “The concerted ideological campaign at PBS was to use taxpayer money to develop the show and censor Bill Moyers. That’s been established factually by the in-house investigation.”
