FNC Tweaks Its Graphics

It looks like Fox News is tweaking its lower-thirds, making the screen look cleaner and easier to read. Here’s a comparison of a Monday alert and a Tuesday alert:



The last graphical change came in September. The market indicator is missing from the lower right corner of the screen; the Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P averages are appearing in the ticker instead…

> Update: 11:34pm: An e-mailer wonders: “Could FNC’s removal of the stocks in the lower right hand corner spell anything for the new Fox Business Channel? Perhaps the idea is that people will turn to FNC, see no stocks, and change to Fox Business instead…”
