TVNewser has learned that Kendall Gastelu will be the new Northeast Bureau Chief for FOX News Channel. Gastelu has been with FNC in various capacities since the network’s inception almost 11 years ago. Gastelu replaces Refet Kaplan, who was named managing director of FOXNews.com last month.
