FBN Condemns Rhetoric Made by Guest on Lou Dobbs Tonight; Pulls Episode From Future Airings

Fox Business has announced that it is pulling an episode of its top-rated show Lou Dobbs Tonight from any future airings. This move comes roughly 24 hours after a terror attack took the lives of 11 worshipers inside a Pittsburgh synagogue.

Chris Farrell, director of investigations for the conservative activist group Judicial Watch, appeared on Thursday’s episode of Lou Dobbs’ program, and pushed a conspiracy theory that was shared by the soon-to-be murderer, which is that a “migrant caravan” of Central and South Americans moving north towards Mexico is being funded by progressive activist and donor George Soros and a “Soros-funded state department.” Soros is Jewish, and the murderer is unabashedly anti-Semitic.

Thursday night’s episode aired again on Saturday night, hours after the attack. Farrell’s remarks seemed to get more attention Saturday than they originally had, prompting FBN to make a move.

“We condemn the rhetoric by the guest on Lou Dobbs Tonight. This episode was a repeat which has now been pulled from all future airings,” FBN svp of programming Gary Schreier said in a statement.

The network is also saying that Farrell will never be booked on another FBN or Fox News program again.

The clip of Farrell making the unsubstantiated remarks has racked up more than 2.7 million views:
