CBS “Face the Nation” executive producer Carin Pratt is leaving the network, our sister blog FishbowlDC writes.
Pratt has been with CBS News since 1984, and has served as EP of the Sunday public affairs program since 1993, two years after Bob Schieffer took over as moderator.
“Carin Pratt has been a full partner in Face The Nation and my true friend for more than 20 years,” wrote Schieffer in a memo to staff. ” That’s a lot of Sundays to spend together, and she deserves more than half the credit for what we have achieved in all of those years. I’m going to miss her more than I can ever say.”
