NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt was back on top in both viewers and the A25-54 demo last week, averaging 9.4 million viewers each night. There was not much change when compared to the same week last year: NBC was down -3 percent in viewers while ABC’ World News Tonight with David Muir and CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley were both flat. Nightly News and Evening News saw modest +1 percent demo growth, while World News Tonight was down -5 percent in the demo. The ABC broadcast had topped NBC the last two weeks.
