Ashoka Mukpo, the freelance NBC News cameraman who contracted Ebola while working with Dr. Nancy Snyderman and her team in Liberia earlier this month, took to Twitter today to defend NBC’s chief medial editor. Snyderman has been the subject of recent criticism, but Mukpo isn’t lining up to bash his colleague.

Mukpo remains in his biocontainment Unit at the Nebraska Medical Center where he is awaiting tests results. The 33-year-old is said to be “doing quite well.”
