Yes, the Duchess of Cambridge may have been the big boldface name on the morning shows this morning, but there was another high-profile family all over TV: New York’s royal family, the Cuomos.
Chris Cuomo sat at his usual perch in the Time Warner Center, alongside Kate Bolduan and Michaela Pereira, where he led “New Day” on CNN talking about the Royal Baby, among other topics.
Meanwhile, on the network morning program that clearly influenced “New Day” quite a bit–“CBS This Morning”–Chris’ older brother Andrew Cuomo, who also happens to be Governor of the State of New York, talked to Jan Crawford.
Crawford interviewed Cuomo about 2016 ambitions and New York City politics… but also went head to head with the Governor in a whitewater raft race in the Adirondacks.
