Donald Trump Wants to be on Fox News Sunday

By Chris Ariens

Donald Trump was on two Sunday shows last weekend, and a third this morning. But he’s still angling to get on the fourth public affairs show: Fox News Sunday.

Trump has been doing many of his Sunday show interviews either pre-tapped (as was the case with MediaBuzz today) or by phone. But Wallace has a policy of not doing phone interviews with presidential candidates. And while Trump’s been ratings gold across the dial, on the day in August he phoned in to three Sunday shows, a Trump-less Fox News Sunday finished first in the D.C. market.

Something else Trump didn’t mention in his stream of tweets about the “fantastic” ratings for Meet the Press and This Week last week, was that CBS’ Face the Nation wasn’t on because of the NFL game in London.
