President-elect Donald Trump, who frequently expresses his displeasure with reporting by cable news networks and comedic performances on Saturday Night Live, expanded his Twitter tirade to include NBC Nightly News, which he called “biased, inaccurate and bad.”
The New York Post reports Trump was likely upset over a report by NBC’s Kate Snow, who reported Sunday that Trump had angered intelligence officials by going on Fox News Sunday and dismissing the possibility of Russian involvement in the U.S. election. The NBC report also described reaction among intelligence officers to Trump’s disinterest in receiving daily intelligence briefings.
“Just watched NBC Nightly News,” Trump said on Twitter. “So biased, inaccurate and bad, point after point. Just can’t get much worse, although CNN is right up there.”
