By Alex Weprin

CNN’s Anderson Cooper moves his nightly news program to 8 PM ET tonight. Over the weekend Cooper, along with Sanjay Gupta, traveled to Africa to report on the devastating famine in Somalia. Cooper will anchor his first 8 PM show from the region, reporting on the situation in Eastern Africa.

“AC360” coverage will be titled “Somalia: On the Frontlines of Famine.”

Gupta had to pull out of the New York City triathlon in order to travel to Africa.
