The Learning Channel’s series Overhaulin’ took one of CNN’s Iraq war Hummers and refurbished it this summer. The project will be featured on tonight’s episode of the show, airing at 9pm ET.
“Crews overhauled the Hummer’s engine and body and installed an extensive entertainment system that includes a DVD player, four LCD monitors and a state-of-the-art sound system. Airbrush artists Dru Blaier, Mickey Harris and Mike Lavallee painted images of journalists and military men and women onto the vehicle as a tribute to those who served during the war in Iraq or covered the war,” this press release says…
