CNN Debate Rules Would Allow Joe Biden to Participate

Vice President Joe Biden can wait until the day of the CNN Democratic presidential debate and still participate in the debate, according to eligibility criteria released Monday by CNN.

CNN has extended invitations to Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Martin O’Malley, Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee.

The debate is set for Oct. 13 in Las Vegas, and will be moderated by Anderson Cooper. CNN also announced this morning that chief political correspondent Dana Bash and CNN en Español anchor Juan Carlos Lopez will ask questions during the debate, while Don Lemon will present questions submitted by viewers via Facebook.
