Not often do TV news personalities find themselves working together at the same network over a two-decade span, but that’s the case with Carl Quintanilla and Mike Santoli at CNBC.
Earlier today, Quintanilla, co-anchor of Squawk on the Street, tweeted out an on-air picture of the duo from July 15, 2002—20 years ago today (pictured right).
At the time, Quintanilla was co-anchoring Wake Up Call, the early-morning business news show that ran on CNBC from 2002 through 2005. Santoli, on the other hand, was a CNBC contributor. The latter joined CNBC on a full-time basis in 2015 as senior markets commentator, a role he continues to hold.
Fast forward two decades, and the duo are together again on CNBC, this time a few hours later in the day; and they look the same!
