Clint Eastwood on RNC Remarks: ‘We Don’t Have to Have Movie Actors Playing Politicians’

Clint Eastwood doesn’t care about the reaction to his stand-up, empty chair routine at the Republican National Convention, which drew more attention than Mitt Romney’s acceptance speech of the GOP nomination. “One advantage of being my age is that, you know what can they do to ya?” Eastwood tells CNN in his first TV interview since the RNC. In an interview promoting his new movie “Trouble with the Curve, Eastwood says, “You just have fun and do what you think and then you can say what you think, you don’t have to edit yourself.”
