Chris Brown Goes Ballistic After ‘GMA’ Interview; Breaks Window at Times Square Studio

Watch this interview Robin Roberts conducted with singer Chris Brown on “Good Morning America” this morning:

A little uncomfortable, no?

This comes just a week after Roberts faced scrutiny for an interview she did with Tiger Woods, where she was perceived as being too soft. The Brown interview will probably put those criticisms to rest for a while.

Roberts pressed Brown on his arrest and restraining order after he beat his girlfriend, singer Rihanna. Brown attempted to awkwardly steer the conversation to his new album, but Roberts persisted.

After the interview ended and the cameras were off, Brown went ballistic.

TMZ reports that Brown threw a chair through his “GMA” dressing room window, and confronted a segment producer as he was leaving the building. He also ripped off his shirt for some reason before storming out.

Brown was supposed to tape an additional performance for the ABC website. Suffice to say that did not happen.

ABC News released a statement following the incident: “As always, we ask questions that are relevant and newsworthy, and that’s what we did in this interview with Mr. Brown.”
