CBS This Morning Will Broadcast Atop One World Trade Center

CBS This Morning will broadcast live from atop One World Trade Center at One World Observatory on Wednesday. This will be television’s first look at the space and experience in advance of its Friday public opening.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and 60 Minutes contributor/CNN anchor Anderson Cooper will join Charlie Rose, Gayle King, and Norah O’Donnell on the 102nd floor of the famed Freedom Tower. Rose also sat down with George Clooney at One World Trade, for an interview that will air tomorrow.

“We’re excited to reveal this spectacular space,” CBS This  Morning ep and CBS News programming vp Chris Licht said. “It is a true symbol of how far New York City has come since 9/11 and we’re privileged to be able to take our viewers there.”
