CBS News Writers Voting to Authorize Strike

Cynopsis reports CBS News writers are voting to authorize a strike this week. The site reports the CBS News writers’ contract covers 500 people in television and radio, at both network and local stations in New York, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles. The WGA East hopes to have the results of the vote Monday.
