CBS News Denied Access to Report Oil Spill

A CBS News crew was recently threatened with arrest when they tried to shoot footage of oil-soaked beaches on the Gulf Coast. But interestingly, the CBS crew was told by the coast guard, “this is BP’s rules, not ours.” PRNewser has more including (update) the Coast Guard’s response.
