CBS Gets 5 NABJ Awards

This National Association of Black Journalists has handed out it’s 2009 Salute to Excellence Awards honoring “journalism that best covered the black experience or addressed issues affecting the worldwide black community during 2008.” In the “Television: Network” category, CBS News was awarded five out of the 11 awards for various broadcasts last year. Here is a list of the TV News winners:
