CBS: Ciprian-Matthews Becomes Foreign Editor; Hulme Moves To Weekend Evening News

Another round of staffing changes at CBS News: Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews is named CBS News Foreign Editor, “responsible for coordinating the efforts of overseas bureaus, correspondents and producers,” replacing Chris Hulme, who is becoming a producer for weekend editions of the CBS Evening News.”

In his new position, Hulme will focus “on planning and special projects, and will serve as a key member of the team working on CBS News’ contingency plans for live coverage of major international news stories.”

Ciprian-Matthews has the been senior broadcast producer for the Evening News since 2004, and senior producer for foreign coverage since 2000. Hulme has been foreign editor since 1999. Both start on Monday…
