Cable news networks turned their attention to Cypress, Texas this afternoon as more than 12 people were stabbed on the campus of Lone Star Community College.
Fox News’ Rick Folbaum was the first to report the stabbings at 12:56 pmET, followed by MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell at 1:17 p.m. and CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux at 1:39pmET. All three went back to regular programming briefly before returning to wall-to-wall coverage during the 2pmET hour.
