Cable Network Ranker: Week of October 5

RankerFox News Channel was No. 4 in both prime time and total day viewers among all ad-supported cable networks for the week of October 5. FNC averaged 1.75 million viewers between 8-11 p.m. ET, behind only ESPN’s NFL-heavy content, TBS and AMC.

The MLB Playoffs gave a boost to TBS and push Fox Sports 1 into the Top 10. AMC was aided by the season premiere of The Walking Dead. CNN finished No. 29 in prime time and No. 19 in total day, while MSNBC ranked No. 24 in prime time and No. 23 in total day.
