Cable Network Ranker: Week of August 4

Fox News was the top cable news network for the week of August 4, placing third in primetime and fourth in total day among all ad-supported cable networks. FNC averaged 1,779,000 primetime viewers and and 1,056,000 total day viewers.

CNN placed 31st in primetime and 20th in total day, averaging 509,000 viewers and 443,000 viewers, respectively. MSNBC placed 32nd in primetime and total day, delivering 507,000 primetime viewers and 312,000 total day viewers.

TNT, USA, the History Channel and Discovery Channel rounded out the top five networks in primetime for the week. The full ranker is after the jump.
