Cable Network Ranker: January 2014

Fox News was the top cable news network for the month of January, placing seventh in primetime and fifth in total day among all ad-supported cable networks. FNC averaged 1,693,000 primetime viewers and 1,092,000 total day viewers.

MSNBC placed 30th in primetime, with 677,000 viewers, and 29th in total day, with 404,000 viewers. CNN placed 40th in primetime and 38th in total day, averaging 406,000 and 317,000 viewers, respectively.

ESPN was the number one ad-supported cable network for the month in primetime. USA, the History Channel, TBS and TNT rounded out the top five. The full ranker is after the jump.
