Fox News Channel was No. 1 in prime time and No. 2 in total day viewers among all ad-supported cable networks for the month of August. FNC averaged 2.38 million viewers between 8-11 p.m. ET, a number that was boosted by the record-setting GOP debate.
CNN finished No. 30 in primetime and No. 20 in total day, while MSNBC ranked No. 22 in prime time and No. 26 in total day. TNT, USA, HGTV and TBS join FNC among the Top 5 in prime time viewers.
