On CBS’ “Late Show with David Letterman,” “NBC Nightly News” anchor Brian Williams stopped by to describe the craziness that happened earlier in the day on Wall Street. As Williams finished his animated description, he added, “As someone said today on television this afternoon, as part of the cable coverage, the dirty little secret is: the world has no money and the emperor has no clothes.”
Yesterday during an appearance on FNC’s “Studio B, Fox News’ Neil Cavuto said, “We simply have no money. The world has no money. And right now, the emperor has no clothes.” (FNC video here)
