We hear the case of former CNBC Fast Money contributor Eric Bolling is back in court today. Since leaving CNBC, Bolling has made appearances on FNC, which may violate a six-month non-compete clause.

Meanwhile, Bolling gave his reasons for leaving CNBC to the blog The Big Picture: “I wanted you and your viewers (web, tv, print) to know that I left primarily because of the amount of time the show was taking from my family,” Bolling writes.
