Season 2 of the Fox News original docu-series Legends and Lies will premiere on Sunday, June 5 at 8 p.m. ET. Executive produced by Bill O’Reilly, Legends & Lies: The Patriots looks at the founding fathers of the United States and the stories behind the figures who helped shape the country.

The forthcoming 12-part season features historical reenactments, analysis and insights from historians and experts alike. The first nine parts will run during the summer with an additional three to air in December, including a Christmas special on Washington’s crossing of the Delaware River.

Season 1, entitled Legends and Lies: The Real West, aired over 10 weeks in 2015 and gave a boost to FNC’s weekends. The network saw a 50 percent bump in average total weekend viewers compared to the year prior. It even attracted a celebrity fan in the process.
