Tomorrow, Fox News Channel host Bill O’Reilly will be on “The Rachael Ray Show,” his first daytime talk show appearance since that now-infamous incident on “The View.”
Among other questions, Ray asks O’Reilly how he felt when Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg walked off the set:
“When they walked out, I was going to myself ‘this is great,’ because I knew I’d get five segments on the Factor. And I knew, I could just take that and I could get three or four shows out of this, number one.
AdvertisementNumber two, Barbara [Walters] and I have been friends for a long time. When she said that shouldn’t have happened, I thought that was an interesting take. But, she and I disagree on the fundamental reason that that happened.
Number three, I had to leave in the middle of the show because The Situation was coming on, and he was going to do the Rumba. I didn’t want him to grab at me. I didn’t want the Situation grabbing me. So, I went out that door and The Situation came in this door…I was on, then they went on a break, and then I was thrown out by six bouncers… He had that look in his eye you know.”
Rasy also asked him how “The View” incident was a positive experience:
“Look, “The View” thing was an ultimate positive for the country because it opens up the discussion. It opens it up and we need to have that discussion – not only about Muslims and the leaders of the world but about political correctness. You see, I know this is going to shock you, I am not politically correct.”
And O’Reilly’s solution to fix America?
“Well, I would deport Joy Behar right away. I’m just kidding Joy! You know I love you, alright?”
