Bill Clinton Phones in to MSNBC Meeting

Former Pres. Bill Clinton and current MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton found themselves sitting across the aisle from each other on the Washington to New York Acela train Thursday morning.

Sharpton Tweeted that he and Clinton, “ended up talking much of the way … about the economy.” During the chat, Sharpton phoned in to his show’s morning meeting in New York. According to WaPo’s The Reliable Source, Sharpton, “put Clinton on the phone with the staff — who were so giddy about the whole thing that they couldn’t really recall many details about what he said to them.”
