“Good Morning America” weekend co-anchor Bianna Golodryga (far left) is leaving ABC News and joining Yahoo! News where she will be news and finance anchor.
Paula Faris, who joined ABC News in 2011 as anchor of “World News Now” and has most recently been a correspondent for all shows, has been has been promoted to co-anchor of “GMA” weekend.

“I have long admired Bianna’s intellectual curiosity and versatility,” Couric said in a statement. “She cares deeply about big issues and important stories, and I know that she’ll find the freedom to explore a myriad of topics here at Yahoo both exhilarating and gratifying. I am thrilled to have her as part of our team as we continue to expand our news footprint in compelling and engaging ways.”
