But that 90-minute special was enough to top NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls which featured a heavily-promoted special featuring Pres. Obama during his trip to Alaska in September. Running Wild garnered a .9 with 3.5 million viewers. Walters selected Caitlin Jenner has her most fascinating person of 2015. The list also included Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, Donna Karan, Bradley Cooper and Amy Schumer, among others. Last year’s Most Fascinating special drew a 1.4 rating.

CBS won the night which began with a whopping 17 million tuning in for The Big Bang Theory which featured a first-time moment for the 8-year-old sitcom.
