As dozens of convention hopefuls were being turned away, literally while in camera shot, NBC News’ justice correspondent Pete Williams taped a stand-up for a report on tight security at the Democratic Convention. The location of the stand-up was the only possible spot for convention goers to enter or exit a large fenced compound, consisting of the Pepsi Center, the CNN Grill and the FOX Experience.
